In 2010, the World Cup is scheduled to be held in the Republic of South South Africa.
The First world cup to be held in African continent will have the attention of whole world and all players will fight to the best of their ability with the expectation of homeland on themselves, however, we must bear in mind the fact that there is another fight in Africa.
That is the fight of children against AIDS and Poverty.
African children living in such misery and severe circumstance as AIDS and poverty stand fighting strongly toward tomorrow.
We have thought to send our support of yell to the fighting children and have appealed to many people of all generation and the link of activity is now going on spreading.
We are looking forward to bringing millions people's love to African children.
- About the picture -
I opened a rose garden in the Republic of Sierra Leone with a hope that the rose garden would be a help of making these children whose arms and legs were cut independent. When I referred to this project at the United Nations, I was led to the rose garden at the UN where no one was admitted to enter freely, and UN photographer took my picture there. I adopted this picture here wishing that our support of rose would be useful for the support of making children independent some day in future.

Our company, Mori Building Company, has been aiming at contributing to city making that provides joy and quality of life to the people who live, work and play in cities that are economically mature.
However, we also must be aware of the fact in other parts of this planet, there are people who suffer to even accomplish that daily life, in a degree of poverty that is beyond imagination.
We learned about this project of "Let's send a million people's love to African children" and we sympathized with this vision of aiming at liking many people's heart, beyond borders and races. This is why we decided to support the activities of this movement so that we could help children in suffering.
We believe that this project could be very meaningful if it could allow African children to have dreams and hope, and if they could grow up together with Japanese children as future citizens of the world.
We hope that many will feel the same and support this important initiative.

We have put our very best efforts to fuse use of our traditional Japanese soy sauce with local food cultures across the world. Today our soy sauce is enjoyed in more than 100 countries.
In 2001, we became the first Japanese company to participate in the United Nations Global Compact. We support their vision that corporate citizens should take responsible action in solving global issues.
We also embrace the vision of the promoter, who works to provide hope and dreams to children in Africa, and have decided to support this project, “Let's send a million people's love to African children."
I hope that many people give their warm support to this project by donating what they can.

We ANA hope that our character - “Anshin, Attaka, Akaruku-Genki ! (Reliable, Warm, Enthusiasti !)" slogan will allow customers to see the ANA Group as an energetic group where many employees are working as one team.
As a good corporate citizen, the ANA Group supports local communities and the general public in many areas.
We are also engaged in activities aimed at supporting young adults and children who will lead future generation!

The World Cup to which whole world pays attention will be held in South Africa in 2010.
It will be a great competition giving dream and hope not only to soccer funs but also to whole sports funs.
However, once we turn our eyes to this world, it is apparent that there are so many boys and girls suffering from AIDS and poverty even now today living dreamlessly and hopelessly.
Even though what we can do might be small, our many little things, once it gathers, make a mickle and it will be able to give a pleasure and hope for living to African Children.
My heart throbs at the excitement as I imagine “the world united as one" and the happy appearances of active children through those events to be held during the world cup.
Let's hand over soccer balls, dream and hope from person to person one after another.

The soccer, born in England in 19th century is the sport that only one person or people in group can enjoy using one ball even thought having a difficulty in communication.
The opening of FIFA world cup to be held in the oldest soccer nation of the Republic of South Africa in 2010 seems to be the advent of a truly new age.
The concentration of our all powers and efforts are now required so that all African children, in poverty even now and suffering from the affection of AIDS without having the enough opportunity of education, can live through even a little bit more hopefully through the world cup and events.
Work hard and your dream will come true! Let us share and spread our activity of support so as to make African children shoot a goal of hope for future.

I have been praying an accomplishment of peace as a man experienced the Former World War,while visiting more than 60 foreign countries with the spirit of tea ceremony under the philosophy of "Peacefulness through a Bowl of Tea". I believe that every people can admit one another in a cultural communication even though they oppose to each other in politically and economically. I think it can be said so safely in the world of sports.
Human beings can proceed the way toward the peace by unifying together in the way of thinking with an appreciation to the earth.
At the timing of the World Cup to be held in the Republic of South Africa, I strongly hope that the present situation in Africa would be understood by many people through this project hoping that such day being able to be viewed with bright pupil would come even a day earlier to the African children who have various kinds of difficulties.
