Visiting the Republic of South Africa for preparing the donation ceremony

Since January 31st, 2010, we have visited the Republic of South Africa for the donation ceremony of “Million people’s love to African children”. We visited city of Bloemfontein in the Free State province where World Cup Soccer Game of Japan versus Cameroon is scheduled to be held on June 14, 2010. We met Mr. E.S. Magashule, Premier of the Free State province and Mr. France Kosinyane Mprrule, Executive Mayor of Bloemfontein and we explained about the present supporting project of “Million people’s love to African children”. After the meeting, we visited Makgulo public school, Kgauho secondary school and University of the Free State in accordance with Premier of the Free State province and the Executive Mayor of Bloemfontein.

We visited Makgulo public junior high school having 565 students total.
We are told that 30% of the students have lost parents to AIDS and now have been brought up by grand parents, and 40% of them have lost either father or mother. We heard that we were the first foreigners who visited this school.

We visited University of the Free State.

We visited University of the Free State. Prof. R.E. Moraka, Vice-Rector of University of the Free State (Center), and other professors held a welcome luncheon for us.


After we came back to Japan, we decided that we would donate supporting goods to Makgulo public school and Kgauho secondary school.

Supporting companies for donation

●Kikkoman Corporation donated 100 T-shirts and 1560 bottles of Soy souce for all the students of Makguro Public School and Kgauho Secondary School.

●Mitsubishi Pencil Co., Ltd. donated 3500 ball point pens.

●Yoshindo Inc.
Kyowa Yakuhin Co., Ltd.
Pasterra Co., Ltd.
These three companies covered the cost of packages design of donation goods with the same design of our home page.

●Kamo trading company donated 377 short pants for soccer. They put a donation box at their sports bar restaurant, ESTADIO, located at the basement of Kamo sports shop at Shibuya-ku Tokyo.

●Replica uniform with the name of Shunsuke Nakamura, succor player of Japan National Team.

●Yamanashi Gakuin donated T-shirts and towels.
Yamanashi Gakuin High School Student Body sent us the message for African Children.
